I have it sliced about 1/2 inch and then run thru the tenderizer, then in an iron skillet put about an inch of lard, season tenderloin to your liking, i like salt an a lil pepper, add to hot grease and fry till it browns a good bit. remove and serve. Also you can use the grease to make country milk gravy and scrape the bits off the bottom of the skillet.
